    backport bug fix patch from PHP 7.1 to PHP 5.6 in 123.09beta01

    PHP 5.6 is EOL so no bug/security fixes available. This update is to patch PHP 5.6 builds for https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=76846 backporting the fix from PHP 7.1 when PHP 7.1 was still receiving updates.
