    best to report them ;)

do you have xencache too ? i think it could be when it's cache expires, what's your TTL for that xencache ?

    Code:
Count Thread In Forum (seconds) 3600
Cache time out. Use 0 to disable this cache.

    List Thread In Forum(seconds) 10
Cache time out. Use 0 to disable this cache.

List Sticky In Forum (seconds) 60
Cache time out. Use 0 to disable this cache.

    Session Activity Records (seconds) 60
Cache time out. Use 0 to disable this cache. This option must be less then "Online Status Timeout" option.

    with last page cache disabled

Xen Cache has nothing to do with styling/css as far as I know.
    Only saves queries.
BD cache is the reason for css problem :D

I think this TTL value here:
    upload_2014-7-3_19-53-59.png

Doesn't apply on css, But only for the page html cache.

strange that i haven't experienced it yet

how frequent do you experience the broken css on this forum and yours ? which forum experiences it more frequently ?

still i personally would use it as page speed outweighs the occasional broken css in only alert pop ups

I encounter it here mostly be cause you always enable pagespeed defer js, maybe 1 of 30 times.

nah just page cache, need css as files for concatening css that's a big key to fast page load times and initial render time ;)
