Believe it's SSD right now with plans for NVMe later

Do you think the NVMe replacements will be free? Probably not.

Logically, I'd say they probably would introduce a new VPSline for NVMe at higher prices. But how knows. SSD/NVMe prices are going up generally.

@eva2000 in case you were curious I saw this today when browsing their VPS line

They have an option to filter Storage by NVMe

    $20/month Hivelocity vs $18/month Hetzner
    $39/month Hivelocity vs $34/month Hetzner

Hivelocity is slightly more expensive with less storage space but the traffic downgrade for Hetzner US servers really made up for it on Hivelocity (10TB vs Hetzner 1TB)

Yeah as long as you pick Hivelocity AMD based VPS, should be good.

Hetzner has 3 or 4TB of included traffic:

Edit: Looks like traffic is expensive in the US, in Europe you get 20TB of included traffic :giggle:

Yup, I'm looking at US servers from Hetzner to compare them to the US servers from Hivelocity.

We used to get the same as Europe at Hetzner but they lowered it around early Jan this year and raised prices.

I'm in the US and I'm using EU Hetzner servers for my Xenforo forum. I don't notice it being slower than the US servers. I'm using Cloudflare with guest caching off.
