Seems OVH USA site is listing new lowered dedicated server prices Dedicated Bare Metal Servers Landing | OVHcloud. Though it seems to be they're lower starting prices as they listed SATA disk offerings first and now had added costs to upgrade to SSD or NVMe disk configurations which when added to base price, seems to be close to the older listed prices.

Here's OVH USA East (Vint Hill) and OVH USA West (Hillsboro) pricing. Upgrade to 2x450GB NVMe usually adds US$16/month extra to those SATA disk listed prices it seems.

Typo for Hillsboro Intel Xeon E3-1270v4 should be E3-1270v6 but with 2x450GB NVMe software raid it comes to US$69+16 = US$85/month

So anyone here picked up one of these OVH USA based servers yet ?

I wonder why they don't have those prices listed on the ovh.com website? Is this another So You Start type of company?

I wonder why the US entity has to be so removed from "OVH World"?

I did notice that on the US form there is tax charged. No tax charged for OVH CA from what I remember.

Yeah it's confusing with all the different OVH sites for different regions. For instance when i type in ovh.com I get redirected to ovh.com.au first.

If 147.135.33.77 IP is for Hillsboro, then probably needs optimising though looks right for times to Australia ~189ms
