42 hours and still being processed. Support is less than helpful. Starting to get a bit ticked right now.

I had to call them but they finally at least acknowledged that something was off and helped getting an email to the right people.

@BamaStangGuy it's normal for order delays with OVH unfortunately due to insane amount of orders from folks after relatively cheaper servers :)

If you want it really quick... use Paypal. I have Paypal linked to both my checking account and a credit card. I've gotten multiple servers (stock config) and using my Paypal account, the service is setup within minutes.

I would be ok with the delay if I was kept in the loop why. I still have not gotten a reply as to what is going on even after the phone call and the assurance that I would get some information on where the delay is.

yeah being kept in the loop would be nice

on another OVH topic looks like they're migrating their forums away from vBulletin https://forum.ovh.us/ !

I agree, they should let you know where you stand especially on a new order. But it's OVH. They have horrible customer support. This is universally known.

Wow, they increased the prices on those servers. And I don't know where you are, but those aren't the prices I'm seeing.

LOL! Looks they might have messed something up. Top from the recommend servers on the gaming server page, bottom from the link you provided. :ROFLMAO:

Nice servers. Though, I'll stick to my $47 gaming servers I got over the holiday! ;)

I wonder which is better my two 4790K servers which I'm paying $95.98 a month total or 1 of the SP-64 with NVMe at $131 a month.

Just put in a support ticket to see if I can get back the money I paid for the Gaming Servers, I just paid for the month on both of them. We'll see what happens.

Nice though remember Intel Core i7 series cpus are desktop without ECC memory. For hosting critical data would want Xeon with ECC memory. I use OVH Gaming i7 4790K just for testing Centmin Mod as data isn't critical and gets wiped quite often :)

I contacted OVH about cancelling a server and having that server price applied to another server. Here is the reply. Useful info.
