I actually pay every month when I get the invoice, manually. Though, I have a red banner at the top of the dedicated servers asking to setup a default payment method. I just know it's there, never actually set it up.

I just wonder... why would they have "Automatic payment method" if it wasn't automatic?

That is where we added our card. There is no way for us to use that card though once added.

I just setup paypal and it authorized to use that as the default payment method. So, now it'll just charge that when I have an invoice due.

Not sure where you're trying to use that card. I'm assuming that they'll just charge the card when an invoice is due. Make sure the card is verified.

They may accept automated payments for credit cards for some Countries only?

Check also if that's the case.....

I'll give it a try with the CC later and see if I can get it working. I need to purchase an additional IP so I can see if it auto pays.

Same server, but they replace the motherboard already.
Though their last conclusion about the issue was it was something to do with their template/os/kernel.

I tested it 3 times installation today and got no issue anymore.

I have everything with OVH automatically renewing with my saved cards. It does all my dedicated servers, plus the cPanel licences.

    upload_2017-3-7_19-50-50.png

They all renew on the same date each month (26th), so when I add a new service, I pay for the initial month, and they set it to auto renew on the same date as the rest. They then bill part month on the next invoice to bring it inline.

No, it's all controlled from the Billing --> My Services section of the OVH manager

    upload_2017-3-7_19-56-27.png

They also have an "Align Renewal Dates" button which generates a manual invoice to sync everything if needed.

maybe it's something with OVH UK vs OVH CA/USA logins ?
