    This is really only possible because of the work Google did on making most of the TLS 1.3 code open source. Google's (Boring)(Open)SSL TLS 1.3 Code Review. Wink wink. :)

    great info re-google's TLS 1.3 code and nice photo to show the folks responsible for most of the HTTPS powered web sites in the world (that use openssl) :)
