fix nginx compiles with broken build labels in 123.09beta01

Ensure nginx build label is properly formatted when detecting virt-what virtualization type. On Amazon EC2 servers virt-what virtualization type value/text spans more than one word breaking nginx builds https://community.centminmod.com/threads/nginx-failed-to-start-when-install-123-09beta01.16762/#post-71276. Update removes newline breaks in virt-what text output value for virtualization type and replaces spaces with hyphens so the value is one word.
