If you use the LibreOffice suite of programs, you’ll be happy to learn about Open365.

Just as LibreOffice is the free, open source alternative to Microsoft Office, Open365 is the free open source counterpart to the cloud-based Office 365.

To sign up for Open365 Beta, visit this website and enter your details.

When you sign up for an Open365 account, you get 20GB of cloud-based storage for your files, although it’s unclear at this time if that’s only available during the beta period.

    It's powered by (modified)
    • KDE
    • Seafile < heavily customised
    • Libre Office
    • Docker
    • Jitsi
I have used it for a few hours today and have been really impressed. The good news? It's still in beta. There can only be improvements on the way to release and I wish them all the luck in the world. It shows a lot of promise for a brighter, open source, future.

You can use it for free from https://cloud.open365.io or you can install it on your own server.
