    How can I setup for 2 vps use 2 name server?

    1vps : 2 ip address(123.123.123.1, 123.123.123.2)

    Than I was setup godady host on domain control panel

    Does this setup working well for name server?

    Nah, I don't recommend hosting your own dns.
    You could use namecheap dns or cloudflare dns, both free and very fast.
