    backport prep for MariaDB YUM unified GPG key in 124.00stable
    - backport from 130.00beta01 prep for 2023 updated MariaDB YUM unified GPG signing key for YUM RPM repositories https://mariadb.com/kb/en/gpg/#rpm-source-key-pre-2023
    - fresh installs are taken care of automatically while existing Centmin Mod installs only need to answer yes when doing yum update to import the updated unified GPG signing key when it is deployed by MariaDB
