Nginx Brotli version 1 released.

Eugene Kliuchnikov is one of the Brotli developers and just like the original Nginx Brotli developer, Google employee.
So this forked module can be characterized as safe.

Because the current Nginx Brotli plugin is getting very old (brotli 0.5 is is one and a half year old without patch or anything else), an upgrade to this version is almost a requirement.

thanks for heads up just updated 123.09beta01 code to switch to this version of ngx_brotli. Install/enabling instructions are still the same as outlined at Nginx - How to use Brotli compression for Centmin Mod Nginx web servers
