   so confusing the mailing list above says this is security bug fix release but official php.net announcement just lists it as bug fix release not mentioning it's a security fix at PHP: News Archive - 2020 ?

   I was ready to ask if security fixes will be backported to older versions but it doesn't think that there are security fixes from the changelog ..... ?

   If it's security release it could be limited to specific PHP versions so might not apply to older versions
