Again and again no HTTP/3.
As written on the Nginx roadmap.
The only new feature is:

'1.17 planned features and improvements

HTTP/3 support

'

Latest HTTP/3 draft is from today 19-11

Because HTTP/3 is not yet a standard it will not surprise me if it is postponed.

Will take time to test - Nginx doesn't seem to like to develop publicly while HTTP/3 is in draft which is h3-24 right now. Probably see it closer to HTTP/3 final revisions.

generally it won't touch nginx.conf or vhost other than listen directive if it's very very old config with old defaults like 2+ yrs old
