    Bit late but nginx posted blog article explaining their Nginx 1.18 stable and Nginx 1.19 mainline releases Introducing NGINX 1.18 and 1.19 - NGINX. Centmin Mod will always use latest mainline i.e. Nginx 1.19

    In Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 and newer, set the following variables in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to running centmin.sh menu option 4 Nginx upgrade/recompiles.
    Code (Text):
    DEVTOOLSETEIGHT='n'
    DEVTOOLSETNINE='y'

    GCC 9 would be of benefit to newer cpu models Intel Skylake and newer based Products formerly Skylake i.e. Intel Coffee Lake Products formerly Coffee Lake & Intel Cascade Lake Products formerly Cascade Lake or AMD EPYC gen1 or gen2 etc.
