    Nginx 1.25.x
    MariaDB 10.x
    that is manual way

centmin.sh menu option 22 Wordpress install with redis nginx level cache does it automated way

or the automated way can be done manually too from Xenforo - Xenforo 2.1.0 Beta 1 Install & 2.1.0 Final Upgrade On Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 LEMP Stack

    Code (Text):
    cd /svr-setup
    wget -O redis-install.sh https://github.com/centminmod/centminmod-redis/raw/master/redis-install.sh
    chmod +x redis-install.sh
    ./redis-install.sh install

I used your code to install. Easy and quick. Thanks a lot.

After that I installed Xon's Redis Cache, but in ACP it said:

But I should have got Redis installed...

Xenforo config.php needs XF addon redis related settings to enable I suspect.

    Interesting Remi Redis 6.0.11 uses /etc/redis.conf https://centos.pkgs.org/7/remi-x86_64/redis-6.0.11-1.el7.remi.x86_64.rpm.html while Remi Redis 6.2.0 uses /etc/redis/redis.conf https://centos.pkgs.org/7/remi-x86_64/redis-6.2.0-1.el7.remi.x86_64.rpm.html
Thanks for the heads up I updated that Xenforo thread post at least. Will need to test and update that redis install script too.

    It's me again. :-D

This time I got my new server with Alma8 installed.

I forgot how I installed Redis server so I googled and found
    https://community.centminmod.com/threads/how-to-install-redis-server-on-centmin-mod-lemp-stack.4546/

    Then I followed the instructions:

    Code (Text):
    yum -y install redis --enablerepo=remi --disableplugin=priorities
    chkconfig redis on
    service redis start

Add the codes in config file. Then I installed Xon's Redis add-on.

Then I just know the latest version of Radis is 7.x?

It's supposed to be better? So how can I update the Redis server now? Thanks...!

Centmin Mod 124.00stabel and 130.00beta01 by default already install redis server these days so you shouldn't need to install it yourself. It installs via REMI YUM repo too.

Latest is Redis 7.x and update via yum update as usual

Default Redis install is indeed version 6.2:
    Code (Text):
    AlmaLinux 8 - AppStream
    Name Stream Profiles
    redis 5 [d] common [d]
    redis 6 common [d]

    Remi's Modular repository for Enterprise Linux 8 - x86_64
    Name Stream Profiles
    redis remi-5.0 common [d]
    redis remi-6.0 common [d]
    redis remi-6.2 [e] common [d]
    redis remi-7.0 common [d]
    redis remi-7.2 common [d]

    Hint: [d]efault, [e]nabled, [x]disabled, [i]nstalled

    So it should be:
    Code (Text):
    dnf module reset redis:remi-6.2

    Code (Text):
    dnf module enable -y redis:remi-7.2

    Code (Text):
    dnf install redis

Not sure if Redis service is enabled after that and will start automatically, so:
    Code (Text):
    systemctl start redis

    Code (Text):
    systemctl enable redis
