Wordpress My site is working fine, after a few hours I get "Error establishing a database connection"

Hi guys!

I'm quite new here and to centmin mod. I've installed it using the auto installer, followed all instructions on the "installing centmin mod" site too.

Everything is working fairly OK (apart that I can't import any images using the wordpress importer or any other, for some reason, if anyone knows a solution to that, let me know)

The main problem is that, after the site is up for a few hours, it crashes and shows "Error establishing a database connection" .

I checked all the details for the config file and they're OK. The site goes back up fine if I restart my server, but after a few hours or a day it crashes again.

I'm using a RamNode 128Mb VPS with 64VSwap. I followed the instructions to install centminmod in such scenario and I said, it works fine for a while.

Any ideas on why this could be happening? I tried reinstalling centmin mod twice, same happens.

I suspect that the site might be too heavy for the database, but it happened as well before I imported the site, with a trial one.

 

I tried restarting the MySQL service once to try sorting it out and it doesn't let me.

Once at home I'll check if it's running or not.

In case it's not running, any obvious solution to such issue or extra info I need to gather?
