    Perhaps a multisite installation would work for this?

    @Alex that it's possible to have multi-site Wordpress with fastcgi_cache and/or ngx_pagespeed too ?

    Honestly, wouldn't know as I never used even plain multi-site Wordpress myself. I believe it was asked on old Google+ Community and vaguely recall that someone either tried it and got it to work or was about to try it.

    Maybe some other Centmin Mod users and forum members might have done this, so would be great if they could chime in too.
