Move from EE to CENTMIN - "nginx helper" problem

i was at same VDS builded with EEv3, make buckup at google drive with UpdraftPlus, after reinstall VDS with CentOS 7, make WP site by centmin > 22 (pick redis nginx level cache), install plugin UpdraftPlus and restore all information from backup, whole site work good...
now trouble: when i try enable nginx helper (pick redis cache) when i try to save - page just reloaded without any saved settings.
i make subdomain at this domain, build with centmin > 22 - nginx helper work fine....
can somebody help me with finding error ?

UPD1: When save settings in "nginx helper" i see different URL

thx for answer, i just change admin page language from russian to english and plugin finally save settings.

 

yes,in Russian its OK, all settings saved and work, but i cant change settings again
I can change settings only when go back to English
