Defaults to NGINX_REALIP='y' and enables ngx_http_realip_module nginx module http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_realip_module.html. To disable set NGINX_REALIP='n' in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc and then recompile Nginx via centmin.sh menu option 4
