    more prep updates for mold linker for PHP support in 123.09beta01

    - mold is a faster drop-in replacement for existing Unix linkers - GNU gold, LLVM lld and GNU bfd to potentially improve source compilation times https://github.com/rui314/mold
    - prep for optional mold linker support to centmin.sh menu option 5 for PHP updates via persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc with variable PHP_LDMOLD='y'
