update Cloudflare zlib in 130.00beta01

- disable temp Cloudflare zlib patch for CVE-2018-25032 as upstream as commited a permanent fix for CVE-2018-25032 now
- existing Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 users can run commands, cmupdate and then centmin.sh menu option 4 to recompile Nginx with updated Cloudflare zlib library.
- existing Centmin Mod 124.00stable and even 123.09beta01 users can run commands, cmupdate and then centmin.sh menu option 4 to recompile Nginx with updated Cloudflare zlib library.
