    Strange wpsecure include files generated at /usr/local/nginx/conf/wpincludes/yourdomain.com/wpsecure_yourdomain.com.conf would already have that line by default. How was wordpress installed ? you did modifications to default install ?

    Menu 22 I think.
    Yes and also installed few years ago.

    oh then that explains it wpsecure didn't always have those lines for letsencrypt and centmin mod doesn't change existing wpsecure files so as to not override users customisations etc
