update cminfo command add service-info option in 124.00stable

- add to cminfo command a service-info option to get a service's information in JSON config output i.e. cminfo service-info nginx
- existing users would need to run cmupdate and run centmin.sh menu once and exit for the changes or wait for the cminfo_updater cronjob to run and update cminfo every 4hrs
