Master Branch update tools/csfcf.sh & csf install in 123.09beta01

    update tools/csfcf.sh & csf install in 123.09beta01

    csf install will now trigger tools/csfcf.sh auto run once to update the /usr/local/nginx/conf/cloudflare.conf include to latest cloudflare ipv4 and ipv6 ip listings
