    It seems that i will never get that correctly :p

    When i use yum to update it then after all done when i use mysql -v i can see the old version ....

    After restarting again i can see the new version....

    I am using a dedicated server Centos 7 64bit.... Centos 6 doesn't have that issue...

    Ok no big deal but it is always good to avoid extra restarts .....
