    What file/code should I change on the core centmin mod files in order to Install Axivo MariaDB 10.0.x on first install instead of mariaDB 5.5.x from mariadb repo ?

    I wouldn't recommend such changes yet as an install and upgrade routine for MariaDB 10, involve slightly different steps to make it work on Centmin Mod with the custom MariaDB 10 my.cnf changes etc. What we have tested so far is just an upgrade routine from MariaDB 5.5 to 10 https://community.centminmod.com/threads/mariadb-5-5-to-10-upgrade-beta-testing.454/. I have yet to fully test an initial install routine with latest MariaDB 10 builds yet.
