MariaDB Could centminmod build and compile mariadb from source?

    Could centminmod build and compile mariadb from source with one of the selected compilers - clang, gcc or intel for best performance?

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    Centmin Mod currently doesn't build MariaDB from source but uses MariaDB official YUM repositories for CentOS 6/7 for best stability - afterall it's where your important data resides.

    Though technically, yes MariaDB can be build from source with newer compilers if you know how to. But Centmin Mod isn't offering such right now.
