    Not sure if this is the right place for this or if this is even possible and there's already a way to do this in CMM somehow?

    Not out of the box as Centmin Mod doesn't support shared hosting with jailed/chroot user isolation as per official FAQ item 2 where usually you'd tie resource restrictions to the user account and not the actual vhost.

    Though Centmin Mod runs on CentOS Linux so you regardless if you know how you can do it yourself for jailed/chroot users and using cgroups
