- raise nginx master process max open files limit from 1024 to 524288
- existing centmin mod 123.09beta01 users can auto update this when they update to latest 123.09beta01 via cmupdate command, then run once centmin.sh menu and exit for changes to auto apply to /etc/init.d/nginx
