Install libevent install error

this is with .06 stable right ?

 

hmm looks like some problem on Github end but it's only for libevent repository and not others..

I see that the download url is https based https://github.com/downloads/libevent/libevent/libevent-2.0.21-stable.tar.gz but gets directed to a non-http cloud download link at http://cloud.github.com/downloads/libevent/libevent/libevent-2.0.21-stable.tar.gz

Could be a temporary problem on Github

 

Yeah the problem is on cloud.github.com which is the url Centmin Mod downloads from and gets redirected to and even https version gives same error

Decided to fix it in both .06 and .07 beta21

Both .06 stable and .07 beta21 branches and associated zips have been updated with an alternate Github download url for libevent 2.0.xx tarball due to SSL connection error at Github.

So try re-downloading .06

 

different problem that is courrpted release-2.0.21-stable.tar.gz

delete from /svr-setup/release-2.0.21-stable.tar.gz and try running centmin.sh menu option 1 again
