    Hi,
I recently installed centminmod and enabled some modules (redis , memcached , opcache).
My website works fine on all devices except some iOS 11 devices.

    I'm using centminmod 123.09beta01
    PHP 7.0
    nginx 1.15.2 + ngx_pagespeed enabled
    mariadb 10.1.34
    and latest redis + memcached
    cloudflare free CDN
and HTTP/2 is enabled by default on cloudflare
Wordpress + W3 Total Cache installed

here's the website : زوم فور کار مرجع خرید و فروش و اطلاعات خودرو| زوم فور کار
I don't have access to iOS device but some of my clients have and they reported this problem.

If you need more details please tell me. sorry if anything is wrong in my topic. I'm new here.

might want to your your site through HTTPS SSL certificate testing site at SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) to see if there's any errors

what browser are folks using on iOS 11 ?

unfortunately not an Apple/Safari user myself either so can't see why iOS 11 would have issues. Have you contacted Cloudflare tech support as the issue will be from Cloudflare server being in front of Centmin Mod Nginx

    Tested SSL it's A+

They have tested all major browsers like Safari , Chrome and Firefox. none of them can access website.
older iOS version can see website.

Exactly! I don't have iOS device and I can't test it. this is driving me crazy!

I think something is wrong with nginx + cloudflare configurations.

I asked one of clients to change their dns server to 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.4 yesterday and they accessed main page of website but other pages didn't work.

    It's really wierd.

weird indeed... I'd contact cloudflare tech support as it's unclear where the issue could be seeing as we don't have access to iOS 11/Safari devices

can they access cloudflare sites if they use a VPN service ? could be some IPs are blocked ?

also maybe it's those user's wifi/router DNS settings related ? are they using Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver WiFi Calling not working ? what if they try a different resolver for DNS on their routers ?

I checked my cloudflare account there is no blocked ip there. but I don't think that is the problem. because clients checked from different ISPs and different IPs. IP of most DSL users here is dynamic (IP changes when they disconnect/connect internet)

asked one of clients he can access website with VPN.

All of them use default ISP dns which is not 1.1.1.1.
each one of them have different ISP. like SabaNet, ParsOnline, Shatel.

could be cloudflare is falsely blocking specific IPs at their level. Cloudflare tech support should be able to help :)

i think cloudflare blocked their IP range. I asked him to open another website (which enabled cloudflare but doesn't have centminmod) and he can't access that website.
what can I do if cloudflare blocked all IP range?
and another wierd question. he can access website with the same IP Address on Windows and Android devices. why this only happens on iOS?

Not sure if you're still experiencing these problems, but I just checked the site on my device (iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1) in the U.S. and it worked well.

    problem solved after disabling SSL.
It works here with VPN too. it's (Cloudflare SSL + iOS 11 + IP Range) problem (all of them together) if you change one of these 3 things it will work.
