    Anyone have experience with:
    • IWSTACK by Prometeus
They use Apache CloudStack with KVM virtualization - True Cloud with High Availability & Fail Over. The price is insanely cheap for a True Cloud with HA (even Linode is not a true cloud). The only downsides for me are Location (Milan, Italy) and you must deposit $39 to become customer (to put spammer away ??) . The other potential drawback is they only have one DataCenter (Milan) so maybe their High Availability is not that 'high' ???
    • QuadraNet Cloud - The big DataCenter itself now playing in Cloud business.
    • Ubiquity Cloud - Relatively big hosting company
    • Atlantic Net Cloud - Again, a big hosting company .
    • ArmorShark They use OpenStack with KVM virtualization (Open Stack also used by big provider like RackSpace Cloud). I dont know if they have any related with PhoenixNAP DC. UPDATE: Their website is suspiciously broken , looks like they have problem with their business.
I become interested in IWSTACK because of their CloudStack HA for critical project. Ofcourse there is Amazon EC2 but with that price, IWSTACK is so tempting. FYI, currently IWSTACK disk is not SSD, but maybe not every project need fast disk I/O.

iwstack and atlantic net only 2 i have tried. iwstack I have an account but only used it once for testing not really my cup of tea for the geographic location they service

atlantic have a $0.99/month VPS for debian testing - okay for the price
