Issue with WHMCS

Hello,
we're getting following error with WHMCS
*10959 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: [WHMCS Application] ERROR:UnexpectedValueException: RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/usr/local/nginx/html/2910_mysqladmin30402): failed to open dir: Permission denied in /usr/local/nginx/html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Environment/Ioncube/Inspector/Iterator/Directory.php:0

contacted thier support they said it's issue with permissions but when we checked all things are fine
if you guys have any idea about it please share your view on it

which version of centmin mod did you use 123.08stable or 123.09beta01 (recommended version) as at one time we did set open_basedir restrictions but in 123.09beta01 that is disabled by default see FAQ item 26

How did you upload the WHMCS files via pure-ftpd user or via root user ? if it's general permissions, make sure files and directories are owned by nginx user/group. If uploaded via root user, see Getting Started Guide step 2 Getting Started Guide - CentminMod.com LEMP Nginx web stack for CentOS on steps are root user sftp upload of files to chown the files to nginx user
Whenever you completed uploading new files, you'd need to give them correct user and group permissions within SSH window as root user type:

chown -R nginx:nginx /home/nginx/domains/newdomain.com/public
You do not need to do this will files created via PHP-FPM or Nginx, i.e. if you use Wordpress and used Wordpress admin to add a new Wordpress plugin, the plugin will automatically have nginx user and group permissions as it was processed by PHP-FPM.

To verify the files and directories are with nginx user and group permissions, use command

Thanks for your response it's fixed after changing the permission of 2910_mysqladmin
