Install virtual.ssl.conf not setting up

When using the php7.2 beta install, there is no virtual ssl conf file being established. What am I missing?

It creates a self signed cert, but I have to create an ssl conf myself.

I thought from memory, when using the default beta install I did on a test, it created the virtual ssl conf for me automatically.

 

Its even telling me that my cloudflare cert isn't trusted, and I had to manually trust it for the FQDN, even though it is specifically listed when I created the cert.

Ok... I looked, and I didn't find anything in page search for virtual.ssl. I also searched virtual and looked through those, which only reference editing virtual.conf on setup for the FQDN. I clicked through most setup docs, SSL docs... na da about copying it and setting it up.

What am I missing?

On the first install I did, I used lets encrypt, which may have actually set it up for me. The next couple I used unsigned certs, as I convert those to the cloudflare origin.
