Interesting doing tests on OVH BHS server, i noticed yum fast mirror never utilises OVH BHS's own yum mirror (http://centos.bhs.mirrors.ovh.net/ftp.centos.org/) and that ca.mirror.babylon.network is faster !

Or just exclude ca.mirror.babylon.network ~5MB/s and leave fastmirror to utilise 2nd fastest which is at 70MB/s download vs OVH BHS at 104MB/s

FYI, can do same for OVH France too if it turns out it's faster they have OVH YUM mirror at http://centos.mirrors.ovh.net/ftp.centos.org/

As does Linode have locall YUM mirrors at https://www.linode.com/docs/platform/package-mirrors

looks like DNF package manager fastest mirror also has same issue in picking OVH BHS slower Babylon Network mirror but there is no OVH BHS mirror for DNF fastest mirror for selection. There is one for EPEL on ovh.net
