Inceptionhosting.com (affiliate link) are doing a 50% off their annually billed plans for their 2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 6GB, 8GB and 16GB KVM VPS Plans.

I got one of their VPS from 2020 Black Friday deal for Centmin Mod testing and just renewed it for the 2nd year :) They have 10Gbit/s network connectivity and fast Intel processors. Phoenix has Intel Xeon E-2276G, E-2278G or E-2286G while European locations have those cpus along with older Intel Xeon E3-1270v6.

    An example offer:

    KVM - Pure NVMe
    • 2 vCPU
    • 2 GB Ram
    • 50 GB Disk space
    • 18000 GB Bandwidth
    • Free Direct Admin available
    • Complimentary DDOS protection
    • €25 /year.
    • Available in London. Amsterdam, Frankfurt & Phoenix.
Offer link at Inception Hosting Special Offers (visit affiliate referral link first will be much appreciated :) )

I bought 2 more 2CPU/2GB KVM VPS plans from this Black Friday deal for more planned Centmin Mod testing on AlmaLinux 8. The 10Gbit/s network connectivity seems to fluctuate between 60-533MB/s for cachefly but for Vultr LAX it's consistently ~260MB/s as it's shared and seems a lot of new users are benchmarking/testing right now :)

If I need more disk space, I can just use Cloudflare R2 S3 buckets and mount storage to filesystem via JuiceFS too GitHub - centminmod/centminmod-juicefs: JuiceFS file system for S3 mount storage :D

These discounted annually billed KVM VPS are just perfect for folks to cheaply test Centmin Mod on :D

Inceptionhosting has speedtests at https://as62240.net/speedtest seems for my new Phoenix KVM VPS to same Phoenix Clouvider hosted speedtest 1GB file the speed is ~302MB/s. AFAIK, Inceptionhosting uses servers from Clouvider which have great 10Gbit/s network based server offerings :)

Thanks for this. Very few 'good' offers this year.

Grabbed a couple to provide a test for Alma8 and far less outlay over my upcloud test servers. Although they also served to test upcloud ahead of hosting choices in 23.
