improve tools/auditd.sh integration into nginx vhost creation in 130.00beta01

- if you have installed and configured auditd (not installed by default) via tools/auditd.sh, this update improves auditd.sh integration into Centmin Mod Nginx vhost creation routines so that when a new Nginx vhost routine is created, it automatically runs tools/auditd.sh updaterules command to append the new Nginx vhost relevant log files for auditd tracking. In the past https://community.centminmod.com/threads/tools-auditd-sh-discussion-thread-for-123-09beta01.9089/ you would have had to manually ran tools/auditd.sh updaterules command to do this. Now after this update, it will be automatic
- Existing 130.00beta01 users can apply this update by running cmupdate command so future new Nginx vhost creations benefit from this update IF you have installed and configured tools/auditd.sh that is. Then you can run this command once to sync existing Nginx vhosts to auditd configured rules

/usr/local/src/centminmod/tools/auditd.sh updaterules
