   I have a problem, when my friend open this domain(www.penjualsouvenir.com),they get this error message:
   dial tcp: lookup Penjual Souvenir on 62.210.16.7:53 read udp 195.154.75.115:43864->62.210.16.7:53: i/o timeout
   
   it doesn't happen on me or my other devices, i tried on other IP and ISP, and have no problem. It only happen to my friend. what is the problem ? and why it occurs? thanks

   Sounds like he has ISP or local internet issues. Is his ISP using proxy of some kind ? Has your friend tried visiting side from behind a http proxy or vpn ?
   
   ping tests for your domain show some locations reported as na at Ping Test - Simple pingtest from different global locations
   
   from pingdom looks like dns incorrectly setup or something DNS check tool
   
   similiar dns issues reported at intoDNS: penjualsouvenir.com - check DNS server and mail server health
