welcome @Cr0w unfortunately .07 stable release won't have such FTP.. see FAQ item 2 at Centmin Mod FAQ - Menu based Nginx installer as to why and how and Getting Started Guide at step 2 at Getting Started with Centmin Mod

For now ftp is only supported in .08 beta release as outlined at Centmin Mod .08 beta + pure-ftpd virtual FTP user support | Centmin Mod Community and illustrated in video at How to add domain Nginx vhost on Centmin Mod LEMP stack | Centmin Mod Community

Technically, you could try on .07 stable release steps outlined at Centmin Mod .08 beta + pure-ftpd virtual FTP user support | Centmin Mod Community for 'Existing Centmin Mod' users, but I provide no support for it at all as I only tested on .08 beta releases. Also for .07 you won't have the handy menu prompts for user/pass like in .08 beta so need to run manual pure-pw useradd commands which are also outlined at Centmin Mod .08 beta + pure-ftpd virtual FTP user support | Centmin Mod Community

    performance CentOS 7 > CentOS 6.6
stability and reliability as in known working stability CentOS 6.6 > CentOS 7.0

CentOS 7 has improved network/TCP and kernel related enhanced which can potentially speed up web site performance and scalability if you know how to tune it (not all out of box setup).

With cheap VPS servers these days, you can try both CentOS 6.6 and 7.0 and see for yourself ;) :D

.08 beta becomes stable whenever it's ready.. more folks testing .08 beta with feedback and bug reports = faster it becomes stable :D

only other way is installing and configuring FTP yourself but you're on your own with that :)

    hmmm . i reload the os . and installed 6.6 !
    nah .. i want like beta 08 :(

there is a article to install pure-ftpd on Centmin ?
for example making users + config Permissions ?

i have installed vsftpd on my old os .. but that's dose't work fine .

for example i make home directory for user ( example : mashtyha )
and here is the path : ( home/nginx/domains/mashtyhasiteurl.com/ftp)
but when i join in to the server thats gives an error
    "500 OOPS : can't change directory to home/nginx/domains/mashtyhasiteurl.com/ftp"

FAQ item 2 at Centmin Mod FAQ - Menu based Nginx installer and Previews - Jailed / chrooted SFTP & SSH user Nginx vhost menu | Centmin Mod Community explains why vsftpd doesn't work and shared hosting isn't supported in .07.

.08 beta's pure-ftpd is only a temp work around with virtual ftp users until fully jailed chroot users Previews - Jailed / chrooted SFTP & SSH user Nginx vhost menu | Centmin Mod Community is implemented (which is a long way off)

As I said in post 2 above, you can technically implement pure-ftpd virtual ftp users in .07 following the Existing Centmin Mod users guide in linked thread but you'd have to use pure-pw useradd commands manually to add and edit virtual ftp users etc outlined in that thread too at Centmin Mod .08 beta + pure-ftpd virtual FTP user support | Centmin Mod Community
