No worries you can keep the thread for other folks to read.

Updating Wordpress can be done by usual in wp-admin method.

For Wordpress plugins and minor Wordpress version updates, if you run centmin.sh menu option 22 to install Wordpress, then a cronjob would have been created to auto update Wordpress plugins and minor versions every 8hrs.

Each centmin.sh menu option 22 created Wordpress site's created auto update cronjob will have a script like /root/tools/wp_updater_${vhostname}.sh where ${vhostname} = your Wordpress domain name.

Inside script, these 3 sets of WP CLI core update commands for auto updates, only first set is enabled by default for Wordpress plugin updates, the 2 other sets are disabled by commenting out with hash # in front of the 3 respective relevant lines which control Wordpress core major updates i.e. 5.8 to 5.9 or core minor updates i.e. 5.8.1 to 5.8.2 etc
    Code (Text):
    /usr/bin/wp plugin status --allow-root
    /usr/bin/wp plugin update --all --allow-root | tee .wpcli-status
    #/usr/bin/wp core check-update --allow-root

    # for major core updates uncomment 3 lines directly below
    #/usr/bin/wp core update --allow-root
    #/usr/bin/wp core update-db --allow-root
    #/usr/bin/wp core update --allow-root

    # for minor core updates uncomment 3 lines directly below
    #/usr/bin/wp core update --minor --allow-root
    #/usr/bin/wp core update-db --allow-root
    #/usr/bin/wp core update --minor --allow-root

Generally, I don't configure auto update of other users Themes as that can break sites functionality if they aren't using child Wordpress themes and customised everything in the main Wordpress theme itself.

However, you can add you own Wordpress WP CLI theme update commands if you want to that script as outlined at wp theme | WP-CLI Command | WordPress Developer Resources and wp theme update | WP-CLI Command | WordPress Developer Resources

    i.e.
    Code (Text):
    /usr/bin/wp theme update --all --allow-root
