I have to move my good old centmin mod server (vps) to a new location. What is the best solution? Or is it better to make a fresh install?

Thank You! I tried to search, but didn't find that. Maybe the magic word migration was the reason. I didn't use that. I was just about to move files.

Anyway, the migration is going well with the guide. Still need to do something with settings. Like Redis is (propably) not working.

Yeah https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-mod-site-data-migration-guide.10382/ is the official guide. The skills you learn will apply to any server migration i.e. using tar, rsync, mysqldump and SSH keys :)

New Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 installs already install Redis server by default, so whatever web app config is configured for Redis would usually work once migrated to the new server provided Redis port is the same.
