For addons/phpmyadmin.sh installs yarn is installed as a dependency and how it does that is via installing nodejs and than using npm to install yarn
    Code (Text):
    /usr/local/src/centminmod/addons/nodejs.sh install

    Code (Text):
    npm install --global yarn

never used Nuxt.js so wouldn't personally know. But from nuxtjs.org npx command is shipped with npm so once you install nodejs via addons/nodejs.sh you'd have npm and npx command line available
