    Hey all,
Quick noob-ish question, Running centos 6 and latest edition of centmin mod..

I installed sendmail via YUM so I can send emails via php and forward them no problem in the /etc/mail

My question, is how do I setup a main Username and Password for a OUTLOOK or Mail program to connect to from my home computer, so I can email from the VPS ? And can I add a bunch of domains no problems? I own 300 domains, but they are scattered over 20 vps's. I'd like to setup ALL my vps to be able to SEND mail from any of my domains.

I don't think email is setup on my VPS really, I only use outgoing through PHP mail() function, and then incoming emails I simply edit the mass catch all and forward to a default gmail account.

Help is much appreciated in advance!

Centmin Mod doesn't provide @yourdomain.com email out of the box you can configure that yourself via postfix with various guides on the internet for CentOS 6.5+. Just be sure to make sure CSF Firewall allws SMTP ports on TCP_OUT in /etc/csf/csf.conf CSF - CSF Firewall info | Centmin Mod Community But I prefer not to provide a specific guide as I do not want to deal with free troubleshooting for folks issues with SMTP setups and mail delivery problems etc :)

My official advice is to use a 3rd party @yourdomain.com email provider for better anti-spam management, uptime, reliability, security and lower server resource usage. A full discussion is dedicated to various 3rd party @yourdomain.com email provider solutions ranging from free @yourdomain.com to paid @yourdomain.com options (of course with varying sending and mail limitations differentiating their services) at Free @yourdomain.com Email Accounts & Alternatives :)

You can even just get one paid Google App Business email account, and domain alias all your domains to the one account as discussed here.

I recently moved my emails over to zoho and I highly recommend them. As George stated, its so much easier and a lot more dependable going with a 3rd party provider.

Yup, it's very important to have reliable @yourdomain.com email addresses. Especially if you intend to use https SSL for your domain (SSL - HTTPS as a Google ranking signal as domain validated SSL certificates also need verification via @yourintendedhttpsdomain.com email address to process your SSL certificate orders as well.
