    I'm wanting to create local city classified ad script, but not sure what to use.
    I'm also searching google, but prefer to listen CMM users also.

    How much do you want to spend?

    You can buy IPS core which costs $200 (core and commerce) you need to buy 2 apps a min and you have to buy core.
    Invision Community self-hosted licenses - Invision Community
    Commerce is good because it gives you sales and advertising options when you purchase the below.

    Classified Ads app for IPS which costs $34.
    Classifieds System

    The IPS apps above and the classified ads both have renewal costs which are low.

    The best thing about IPS is it's totally modular. The above has nothing to do with a forum (which a lot of people think IPS is only forum software).

    Thanks for the info.
    As long as I can I will prefer Free Scripts, but if Paid Software offers a lot then I can spend a bit.

    OsClass is only option I think.
