    Haven't tried specifically with Rackspace, but pretty sure any provider's CentOS 7 offers are similar (besides Vultr who default their CentOS 7 filesystem to EXT4 instead of CentOS 7 default filesystem = XFS Vultr - CentOS 7 now available)

    hmm must be quite a few people waiting or interested in CentOS 7 support - was surprised when I checked the thread view counts :)

    Updated all Github branches including .08 betas and .07 zip with new option in centmin.sh, AXIVOREPO_DISABLE=y

    This disables Axivo YUM repo install by default for initial Centmin Mod installs. If you want to enable Axivo YUM repo installation, you must do so BEFORE running initial Centmin Mod installation by editing centmin.sh and setting.

    Code:
    AXIVOREPO_DISABLE=n
    Then running the initial Centmin Mod installation.

    This change was made due to recent changes to the Axivo YUM repo download url causing instability and thus breaking Centmin Mod initial install process.

    heads seems besides AXIVO YUM repo, the EPEL YUM repo for CentOS 7 is having problems as well right now

One of the configured repositories failed (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux 7 - x86_64),
and yum doesn't have enough cached data to continue. At this point the only
safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix" this:

     1. Contact the upstream for the repository and get them to fix the problem.

     2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working
        upstream. This is most often useful if you are using a newer
        distribution release than is supported by the repository (and the
        packages for the previous distribution release still work).

     3. Disable the repository, so yum won't use it by default. Yum will then
        just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it again or use
        --enablerepo for temporary usage:

            yum-config-manager --disable epel

     4. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable.
        Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands,
        so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much
        slower). If it is a very temporary problem though, this is often a nice
        compromise:

            yum-config-manager --save --setopt=epel.skip_if_unavailable=true

    Code:
    auto check if static compiled Nginx openssl version matches
the one defined in centmin.sh OPENSSL_VERSION variable
if doesn't match then auto recompile the statically set
OPENSSL_VERSION
    This is what fixed my previous failed attempts to use OpenSSL 1.02 beta 3 with chacha20-poly1305 cipher support as Nginx kept on segfaulting until this check was done Forums switch to chacha20-poly1305 SSL cipher (OpenSSL 1.0.2 beta3) | Centmin Mod Community

    boringssl always available chacha20-poly1305

    Unsuccessfully tried Nginx and boringSSL right now, so will wait to later to try again :D

    Yeah that branch won't work got same errors. I had a custom patched version but private testing right now so not made public yet. In due time :)

    Would also be helpful if folks test this 123.08centos7beta01 branch on CentOS 6.5 systems as well as it is most likely going to the branch that .08 stable will be released from :)

    So 123.08centos7beta01 branch is fully compatible also on CentOS 6.5?
    If yes then I will use it on my Live Server :)

    yes it is, it's the branch i test for CentOS 6.5 and 7.0 support :)

    New commits to this branch to fix up some PHP configuration and compiling routines including preventing PHP 5.5/5.6 upgrades from prompting to install Zend OpCache 7.03 at upgrade time.
