Sysadmin Time_wait doubt

Hello Guys,

Im having some doubt about TIME_WAIT connections which is around 2k:
Top IP Address Connections:
1808 MYSERVERIP my.hostname.com
224 127.0.0.1 localhost

Top Outbound Connections:
1808 MYSERVERIP:443 TIME_WAIT -
62 178.237.*.*:80 TIME_WAIT -

Is there anything to tweak or this is normal?
