I have a dilemma; between choosing performance or location for the money. Im hosting about ten small websites and most of them are from Sweden. Im wondering if I should get a Swedish VPS instead of the German which I have atm, but the downside is that the Swedish VPS services are about 4x-6x the price of Vultrs offerings which Im using atm. ( I would like to offer future clients websites that load < 1.5s. )

The Closer the better, Hundred Milliseconds improvement is a big deal.
    Unless the cost vary much.

    Nginx 1.19.x
    MariaDB 5.5/10.x
Only way is to test both locations for a small period of time and test performance differences and see whether German location is acceptable or not

So, since this seems to be a thread about hosting providers, I though I would ask you guys about this one: time4vps would be suitable because of their location, and someone in this thread said that location is important, they also have 24/7 customer support, but maybe most hosting providers offer that? Have any of you guys heard about them, what do you think?
