Keep getting timed out of SSH session

This didn't happen before on my cmm server, but yesterday and today, whenever I don't type or use commands for a couple of seconds, I'm unable to type or anything anymore and later I'll see an error that confirms I need to log back in to the session.

Not sure if this is something new but how do I fix this?

Setting keepalive to 30 didn't help, although I never did this in the past and it worked fine.

what SSH client do you use ? have you recently updated SSH client ? there should be keep alive settings in your SSH client end too. For example my SecureCRT SSH client has send NO-OPT protocol timer feature https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows/keep-securecrt-ssh-sessions-from-disconnecting/

Putty and I've already tried keepalive. Not sure if there is an update because I just installed it long ago.
