Nginx How to add nginx header vary accept-encoding for all static content?

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+
    if it's related to 3rd party content you can't

    and for some local content, if you have ngx_pagespeed enabled it will remove that header for some reason.

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+
    run GTmetrix a few times, ngx_pagespeed will usually take care of your local static files for such after a few runs AFAIK
